Do this easy self-massage qi gong practice when you wake up first thing in the morning.

Rub palms together until they feel warm. Then use circular motions to rub your eyelids with the back of your thumbs and forefingers nine times. With your eyes still closed, rotate your eyeballs to the left nine times, and then to the right nine times.
This helps to nourish the eyes and strengthen the liver. When we activate the eye tissue, it has a direct impact on the qi of the liver. This also helps to improve circulation to the skin of the eyes and helps to rejuvenate the tissues and reduce wrinkles.

thank you for sharing this technique
I have been working for several months with my acupuncturist to help clear stagnation in my liver with little progress and was, also, getting distressed by how much wrinkling and sagging I was noticing in my face. Now that I know they are connected I am doubly motivated to be take my herbs, go to yoga weekly and am starting this Qi Gong practice today. I will post again in a month to report on the impact it has.
