A Simple Qi Gong Practice

A simple Qi Gong practice to root energy down into the pelvic organs.

It is helpful for anxiety, high FSH, and hot flushing. The Chinese words below say “right here, right now”.

 

  • Relax using the breath. Take three deep inhales, each to the count of three, and exhale to the count of nine. Remember to relax your tongue and jaw.
  • Bring your attention to your low back.
  • Imagine that you can inhale into the spine on the  lower back.
  • Exhale down the legs and out through the soles of the feet.
  • Inhale low back. Exhale soles of feet.
  • Practice for 10- 15 breaths. Repeat 2 times a day.
