Warming Winter Tea

Ingredients
1 rounded tsp green or black tea
Add the following three herbs to taste:
Pepper corn (chuan jiao)
Clove (ding xiang)
Citrus peel (chen pi)

This is a comforting winter tea that warms the digestion and the deeper energy stores of the kidney. During the winter months it is important to treasure yang energies, and this tea helps your body accomplish just that. Enjoy throughout the day and it will send the warmth deep deep into your interior. Take along with meals to help metabolism and digestion. Take between meals to help with energy level, stamina, and sex drive.
