Gou qi zi goes by many names, including goji berry, wolfberry fruit and lycium fruit. In Chinese medicine, this herb is known for its ability to nourish the liver & kidney and benefit the eyes. It is considered an anti-aging medicine as it is filled with vitamin c, beta carotene, and protein. Gou qi zi is also known for being an incredibly antioxidant rich food, and for boosting the immune system.
